Incomplete: Claim submission cannot be processed due to unusable documentation; please click into the claim for further details and resubmit for processing.
Approved: Claim submission has been approved and is pending payment processing.
Declined: Claim submission was denied.
Payment In Process: Claim has been approved and pending payment release.
Paid: Payment has been issued.
Rebate search is available for submissions with an email address.
